“I have known Don for some time now. I would have preferred to check all of the above boxes! It was difficult to choose just three attributes. He is very personable. I felt very comfortable with him during my first massage. He really listened to me in regards to what needed to be addressed during the massage and tailors the massage to the individual's needs. He is very experienced and insightful. He has been with me through some very difficult times, both emotionally and physically. I treasure him both as a dear friend and an excellent massage therapist. I am excited for him during his transtion.

Recently, Trey McIntyre Project -- a professional dance company -- toured to Sioux Falls. We had the great privilege of being worked on by Don and Aaron Spade. “I was in a car accident in December, 2008. I broke my wrist and was in a cast for 6 weeks. After my cast was removed, I had a hard time moving my arm, so I was always babying it. I was recommended by my mom to go see Don. He made my hand, wrist, arm, and shoulders work properly again. I think I saw him a total of five time, an hour each time, and I was about 97% back to normal. I went to my doctor because I was getting really bad headaches about once a week, because my shoulders were so tight. She gave me a prescription for muscle relaxors. That didn't help. I went to Don about a week after that and he worked on my arm and wrist some more. No more headaches. I would recommend him to anyone! Don is not your typical Massage Therapist. He finds the problem before he gets to the solution.” August 8, 2009
Hi Don & Aaron, The 4-hands massage was awesome. I usually follow the flow of the massage in my mind but following a 4-hands massage was mesmerizing, so I finally gave in and just relaxed and enjoyed. You and Aaron are both wonderful massage therapists. Thanks for everything and I will see you in March. Jan
(To Abby) I cannot say enough about how much therapeutic message has changed my life . . . or should I say, returned me back to the way I use to feel. I had always thought message was strictly for pampering but now I understand how beneficial it can be. Abby has helped me to feel better both physically and mentally.
