You should understand the difference.

At Sioux Falls Therapeutic Massage a  1-hour massage is a full 60 minutes hands on with your therapist.  Some massage offices and franchises are promoting their price for a  "1 hour Massage Session". 

Example

1 Hour Massage

Your massage is scheduled at 4 pm.  Your therapist takes you to your room and talks about your massage shortly before 4 and lets you get ready so they can start at 4 pm. They work on you until 5 pm for a full 60-minute massage and then leaves the room for you to dress.   If you pay $60 for the massage this is $60 for a full 60 minutes.

1 Hour Massage Session

Your massage is scheduled at 4pm.  Your therapist greets you at 4pm takes you to your room and talks about your massage and leaves for several minutes to let you get ready.  The massage starts between 4:05 and 4:15.  They work on you and quit between 4:50 & 4:55 so you can dress and be out of the room on or before 5pm.  You end up receiving only a 40 to 50 minute massage.  If you pay $60 for the session  (45 minutes of massage) that is equal to $75 for a full 60 minutes. 

Sioux Falls Therapeutic Massage charges the same rate for relaxation, sports, deep tissue, pregnancy, reflexology, & etc.
